Being active for at least 60 minutes a day is linked to better general health, stronger bones and muscles, and higher levels of self-esteem, it’s also proven to improve mental wellbeing, reduces anxiety, and improves mood.

We're challenging everyone to be active for as many minutes as they can, and logging those minutes can even win prizes for you, your school, or your family. Ideally we'd like the activity to be moderate to high intensity, but it can take any form that you like.


Whether it's a PE class at school, or with your family at home, from walking to wakeboarding, cycling to climbing, we want to know what you've been doing, and how many minutes you've been active for.

Be happy, be healthy, be active - and start logging those minutes now!


How to record:

Each month, keep track of the number of days in which you achieve 60 minutes of activity, and the total number of minutes you are active for. You can use our active 60 log. or simply submit your hours online, by email. via your school, or using social media.

How to enter:

Once you have recorded your number of active days, and total number of active minutes, simply use the links on this page to complete a simple form. Logs should be submitted by the 7th day of the following month, for example, when submitting minutes for November, these should be recorded by no later than the 7th December.
